Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all suburbs within the Sutherland Shire. To check if we deliver to your suburb click here.

What is the minimum order amount?

We have reasonable minimum order of $69 for delivery, or $39 for pick up.

Is there a delivery fee?

Great news…no there is not! Delivery is FREE to all orders in the Sutherland Shire over the minimum amount of $69!

Definitely not for our good looks or funny jokes.....we are simply obsessed with getting the freshest fruit and veg and getting it to your doorstep quick!! We are super passionate about supporting Australian farmers...and why wouldn't we, they have the best produce in the world!

What are the order cut off times for delivery, and what days do you deliver?

Our order cut off time is 5:00PM for next day delivery, or you can select your preferred date. We deliver Monday to Friday. Pickup is available 7 days a week.

When do you deliver?

All our deliveries in the Sutherland Shire take place between 12pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What are the order cut off times for pick up, and where do I pick up?

We offer same day pick up, or you can select a future date. Our pick up service operates 7 days a week, between 8:00am and 7:00pm. For same day pick up, the latest you can order online is 6:00pm.

On your pick up day, simply call us on (02) 9589 1500 at least 1 hour before you wish to collect your order, as we freshly pack all your produce.

Pick up is located at Jannali Fruit & Veg Store located at 537 Box Road, Jannali NSW 2226.

Parking options for pick up:

Car park at rear which can be accessed from Box Lane or Beatrice Road

Some items are marked B-Grade, what does that mean?

Sometimes there is nothing wrong with a piece of fresh produce, but as it doesn't meet the very specific specifications that some of the larger supermarket and retailers require, they are marked as a B-grade. Examples include smaller sizing or cosmetic blemishes to the skin. It is silly for these to go to waste because of the ridiculous requirements by the large chain supermarkets, and can often put farmers into a tricky situation, wasting their great stock. We are always trying to source these products and pass these savings on to you. When a product is marked B-grade on our website, we include in the product description what the difference is, the overall quality and how it tastes. These often sell out and shows us that you, the customer, love these items so, we will continue sourcing them!

I’d like to send a box of fruit and veg as a gift to someone, can I do that?

Absolutely, we get this request a lot! At checkout simply include the recipient address details and if you want to include a note simply insert this in the notes section at checkout.

Is Freshli a subscription service?

We are not subscription based, so you can order what you want, when you want. There are no lock in contracts or sneaky fees!

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us asap on orders@freshli.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our terms and conditions are that this is not allowed, and this is because we are dealing with perishable items so it can be hard for us to change orders. However we will always do our best to accommodate so reach out asap if you need to.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No you don’t! Your order will be delivered to your doorstep, or however you instruct us. We will ring your bell/knock on your door, however if no one answers we will leave your delivery in a safe place. Any refrigerated items are kept in insulated packaging with ice packs which can hold for hours.

If you live in an apartment block, this is all good too…we deliver to a lot of apartments! Just leave instructions where you would like your order left. Often we can leave it in foyers and lobbies safely.

We unfortunately cannot provide replacements for theft.

How do I quickly reorder?

In your “My Account” section, there is a “Reorder” button next to each of your orders. Simply click on this and you will have the option to add all the items from that order to your shopping cart. You can then chop and change your order as you like, or just go straight to checkout…it’s that easy!

Something was missing from my order, what do I do?

If anything is missing from your order, please email us as orders@freshli.com.au asap and we will contact you to resolve this quickly.

I have moved, can I change my delivery address?

That’s not a problem! When you checkout, you can simply insert your new address details and these details will save for next time too. You can also change your address details in your My Account section by clicking on “View Addresses”, then “Add a New Address”.
