Definitely not for our good looks or funny jokes.....we are simply obsessed with getting the freshest fruit and veg and getting it to your doorstep quick!! We are super passionate about supporting Australian farmers...and why wouldn't we, they have the best produce in the world!
Sometimes there is nothing wrong with a piece of fresh produce, but as it doesn't meet the very specific specifications that some of the larger supermarket and retailers require, they are marked as a B-grade. Examples include smaller sizing or cosmetic blemishes to the skin. It is silly for these to go to waste because of the ridiculous requirements by the large chain supermarkets, and can often put farmers into a tricky situation, wasting their great stock. We are always trying to source these products and pass these savings on to you. When a product is marked B-grade on our website, we include in the product description what the difference is, the overall quality and how it tastes. These often sell out and shows us that you, the customer, love these items so, we will continue sourcing them!

Our terms and conditions
are that this is not allowed, and this is because we are dealing with perishable
items so it can be hard for us to change orders. However we will always do our
best to accommodate so reach out asap if you need to.
No you don’t! Your
order will be delivered to your doorstep, or however you instruct us. We will
ring your bell/knock on your door, however if no one answers we will leave your
delivery in a safe place. Any refrigerated items are kept in insulated
packaging with ice packs which can hold for hours.
If you live in an apartment
block, this is all good too…we deliver to a lot of apartments! Just leave instructions
where you would like your order left. Often we can leave it in foyers and lobbies
We unfortunately cannot
provide replacements for theft.
In your “My Account”
section, there is a “Reorder” button next to each of your orders. Simply click
on this and you will have the option to add all the items from that order to
your shopping cart. You can then chop and change your order as you like, or just
go straight to checkout…it’s that easy!
That’s not a problem!
When you checkout, you can simply insert your new address details and these
details will save for next time too. You can also change your address details
in your My Account section by clicking on “View Addresses”, then “Add a New
